Refund Policy

This page explains how refunds work at La Flora. We try to be plain and fair.

Subscriptions

Master Gardener and Inner Garden are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe.

  • 14-day money-back guarantee on your first month. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial charge and ask for a refund, we refund the full amount.
  • You can cancel anytime from My Library → Manage Subscription. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues to the end of the paid period.
  • We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months after the initial 14 days.

One-time purchases (Spring Bouquet and individual albums)

Albums and bouquets are sold as downloadable files. Once the files have been downloaded, the purchase is final — we cannot recall what has already left our hands.

  • Before download: if you bought an album or bouquet and have not yet downloaded any of the files, email hello@laflora.garden within 7 days of purchase and we will refund the order.
  • After download: no refunds. The files are yours to keep.
  • If a file is broken or won't play, we will replace it. That is a fix, not a refund — tell us what happened and we will make it right.

The Tarot Guidebook (digital PDF)

The same rule as albums: refundable before download, final after.

The Tarot Guidebook (Amazon print edition)

Print copies are sold and fulfilled by Amazon. Refunds for the print book go through Amazon's return policy, not through us.

How to request a refund

Email hello@laflora.garden with your order number (or the email you used at checkout) and a short note about what you would like refunded. We aim to reply within two business days.

If you were charged in error

Tell us. Duplicate charges, unrecognized charges, and accidental purchases are always refundable. Stripe also lets you raise a dispute through your bank.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page as the catalog grows. The version that applies to your purchase is the one that was live on the day you paid.
