Hear me with your whole body is not an idea, but an instruction: to move from observing to participating, from distance into contact, until the separation between self and world softens into something whole.
You are not inside the world. You are occurring with it.
This meditation invites a quiet shift in perception — from observer to participant — through sound, breath, and attention. A calm astonishment at belonging.
